Most attribution tools rely on a JavaScript pixel that fires in the visitor's browser. That pixel is blocked by ad blockers, disabled by consent banners, and increasingly restricted by browsers. Revtrace works differently: the WooCommerce plugin captures UTM parameters and referrer data server-side on every visit, before any browser restriction can interfere.

When a customer places an order, the attribution record is written from your server — not reconstructed from unreliable client-side signals. The result is coverage that routinely reaches 90–95% of all orders, compared to 50–60% for pixel-based tools.

Common questions

What happens when my 21-day trial ends?

Your account is paused — no data is deleted, and you can log in to choose a plan and continue. We will never auto-charge you. If you decide Revtrace isn't right for you, your trial simply ends and that's it.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. You can run the full 21-day trial, with every feature unlocked, without entering any payment details. You only need a card when you decide to subscribe after the trial.

Can I change plans after subscribing?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — your access level stays the same until then.

Do I need a developer to set up Revtrace?

No. Setup takes about 5 minutes: install the WordPress plugin, paste your API key from the Revtrace dashboard, and you're tracking. Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions are also set up through a settings screen — no code required.

What counts as an event?

An event is any data point sent from your WooCommerce store to Revtrace — a page visit, a session start, or an order. The vast majority of stores on Growth are well within the 50,000/day limit. A store doing 500 orders a day with typical traffic would use roughly 5,000–10,000 events per day.

How is this different from Google Analytics?

GA4 uses modelled data to fill in the gaps left by blocked pixels, consent banners, and cross-device journeys — and it attributes conversions based on Google's own ad data. Revtrace uses only first-party server-side data tied directly to real WooCommerce orders. No models, no estimates, no platform bias.

Is my data GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Revtrace uses a first-party cookie set by your own domain — not a third-party tracking cookie. Customer data is stored on our servers and never shared with ad platforms in identifiable form. When sending events to Meta CAPI or Google, customer identifiers are hashed before transmission.

I manage more than 10 stores. What are my options?

The Agency plan supports unlimited stores. If you're managing a very large portfolio and want to talk through your setup, get in touch and we'll make sure it works for you.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — no questions asked, no retention flows.
